A Bungalow with a Private Heated Pool: What Is Winter Swimming Like?

OCTOBER 2026 — By velvet

Pool bungalows are often associated with summer. A private heated pool takes on a different appeal when the weather cools: watching the lake from warm water while the air is crisp is one of those small moments you remember.

Shared pool or private pool?

A shared pool may involve timetables, crowds or waiting. With a private pool, it is just you, whether early in the morning or later in the evening. It is about comfort and ease.

Yakamoz and Zümrüt at Velvet Kandıra each have a separate heated pool exclusively for their guests. Both bungalows are 32 m² and directly on the lakefront.

What comes after the pool?

A pleasant evening could mean leaving the pool, warming up by the fireplace and then moving to the fire pit. The three complement each other, especially in colder weather.

Who might enjoy a heated pool?

  • Couples seeking something special for a honeymoon or anniversary
  • Guests who want to enjoy a pool in colder weather
  • Guests seeking privacy away from crowds

An option without a pool

İnci Suite has no private pool, but offers 40 m² of living space, a fireplace and lake views. If a pool is not your priority, it can also be a sensible choice for your budget.
